Within the framework of the Széchenyi Plan Plus program, with the application of the Economic Development and Innovation Operative Program Plus, production and marketing process innovation is being implemented in order to increase the competitiveness and corporate efficiency of Keczán és Társa Kft. The development is supported by a non-refundable grant of HUF 50 million from the European Regional Development Fund and from the domestic central budget appropriation.
During the 18-month implementation period of the project, the innovative development of the vehicle body manufacturing process will take place at the Keczán és Társa Kft. Nyíradony, suburban area 0584/34 hrsz. site. The project will receive significant assistance from the non-refundable grant awarded under the call for proposals “GINOP Plusz 2.1.3-24 – Supporting the innovation capacity of SMEs”.
Within the framework of the innovation project of Keczán és Társa Kft., two business process innovation activities are implemented: the innovation of the production process and the innovation of the marketing process.
The company's activity to be developed is the production of custom vehicle bodies. The production process is currently partly carried out by subcontractors, as the cutting of raw materials and semi-finished products is carried out by an external partner. However, this solution causes several difficulties, as it extends the production time, increases costs, and makes the company vulnerable to the capacity and schedule of the subcontractor. Another problem is that the subcontractor is not able to cut elements longer than four meters, so larger parts are produced in several pieces, which the company has to weld together afterwards. The industrial fiber laser cutting machine to be purchased as part of the project will allow the cutting processes to take place at the company's own site. This significantly reduces the lead time, as the process that previously took weeks can be completed in as little as two days. The introduction of the new equipment eliminates transportation costs, reduces the need for deburring and post-processing, and makes it possible to cut larger parts in one piece. This not only increases the efficiency of the production process, but also improves accuracy and reduces the possibility of errors. Two employees are also involved in the implementation and corporate adaptation of the production process innovation, whose proportional salary (personal expenses) spent on the project is also accounted for within the project. In the long term, the development contributes to strengthening the company's competitiveness and to faster and more cost-effective fulfillment of orders.
The project also includes a marketing innovation aimed at developing the company's online presence. Based on the competitor analysis, there are still untapped opportunities in the market in online communication and advertising. To this end, it is recommended to optimize the company's website for search engines and to use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok consciously and regularly. With the help of Google Ads campaigns, the company can specifically reach those interested in vehicle body manufacturing or truck repair. In addition, the introduction of an automated newsletter system also helps to maintain contact with existing and potential B2B partners. Overall, the marketing developments contribute to increasing brand awareness and the company's wider reach. The effective use of online marketing tools is expected to significantly increase the number of interested parties and can result in an increase of up to 40% in customer inquiries. Two female employees are also involved in the implementation and corporate adaptation of the marketing process innovation, and their proportional salary (personal expenses) spent on the project is also accounted for within the framework of the project.

Activities to be implemented within the framework of the project:
During the equipment procurement, our company purchased 2 AdvanceForm type HYDRAULIC EDGE BENDING MACHINE plans to purchase. In addition to vehicle repair and maintenance, another important direction that we have developed several times in recent years with the help of tenders and on our own, is the production of truck superstructures. These superstructures are in most cases several meters long, which is why a machine with such a large capacity and such a large work table is needed. Our workshops are located far from each other in different halls on the site, which is why we plan to purchase 2 machines, because we can put the tools into production separately at the same time, thus producing even more structures for the construction of superstructures.
As part of a real estate investment, we are planning to carry out a complete renovation of one of our existing warehouse halls, which will result in a change of function. The increased number of employees has resulted in the need for a larger changing room, more social rooms, and larger spaces. Therefore, these rooms will be separated from the current large hall. After this renovation, our employees will receive a comfortable, modern facility equipped with all the necessary equipment, which will provide them with suitable conditions for their daily work. A cleaning product warehouse will also be established here. According to the plans, a new level, a gallery, will be created, which will function as a storage facility. During our work, we have to use and install many parts, and we would like to create a separate space for storing them. Here, we could organize the parts, so we can save time and labor in order to achieve more efficient work. In addition to installing parts, our company also sells parts. A large number of customers visit our site every day. The creation of this gallery also necessitates the construction of a new merchandise department.
Several hundred square meters of road surface and parking have already been built at our site in previous years, but due to our increased traffic we would need even more. During vehicle repairs or inspections, it happens that our customers' vehicles stay at our site for several days, so we are planning to build a new 300 m2 asphalt parking lot for them.
We will provide 1 of our employees with the opportunity to complete a technical examiner qualification within the framework of the project.
By purchasing software, we are implementing a corporate management system that provides great assistance in managing customers, ordering parts, and payroll.
The aim of the development is to further increase the market position, strengthen the diversification of activities, apply new technologies, modernize the site, make more efficient use of its capabilities, strengthen customer satisfaction, improve the efficiency of administrative processes and work, increase profit proportional to sales revenue, and retain jobs.

As a result of the modern equipment, the knowledge of the employees is constantly developing, and the quality is improving in the case of the vehicle repair and maintenance activity to be developed. To this end, 1 grinding device, 1 extraction system, 1 paint sprayer, 1 tire and wheel picker, 1 scissor lift, 1 rim straightener. 1 oil and grease separator.
In order to expand the company's services, a 2-station car wash with a floor area of 168.8 m2 was built with the support of the tender.

Within the framework of the project, the capacity expansion and technological development related to the road vehicle production activity of KECZÁN ÉS TÁRSA Agricultural Producer and Service Company Limited Liability Company TEÁOR 2910'08 was implemented. This resulted in the production of higher quality products and, thanks to the purchased equipment, an increase in the efficiency of superstructure production. The expansion of the production activity was also accompanied by the construction of a workshop hall, with the implementation of a building with an area of 388.49 m2. This is sufficient to arrange the equipment in a technological sequence and to implement an efficient production process. We introduced the Modupro enterprise management system to systemize business processes and to complexly manage data and information related to the activity. To ensure the electricity consumption of the equipment, a 40 kWp peak power solar system was installed, which significantly reduces our specific costs.

Project content: The aim of the project is to employ 2 interns, to ensure that the new employees gain their first work experience at our company. The integration at the Ltd. and the coordination and supervision of the work are managed by the designated corporate contact person. We have planned to cover the administrative costs (documentation, filing, postage, administrative costs) arising from the employment of the interns, as well as the mandatory publicity. We will ensure the workplace conditions for the employment of the interns by purchasing tangible assets during the entire implementation and maintenance period of the project.
The activity to be developed by the Ltd. is TEÁOR 4520'08 Vehicle repair and maintenance, in connection with which the purchase of work safety clothing and work-related equipment is absolutely necessary for the creation of new workplaces.
The work of the 2 main interns requires:

- 1 DSRC tester,
- 2 Milwaukee angle grinders,
- 1 adapter cable,
- 1 diagnostic adapter cable.
With the help of the purchased modern tools, they learn troubleshooting and efficient work processes related to vehicle servicing. For safe work, it is necessary to purchase 1 set of work clothes.
The project contributes to increasing the trainees' professional practical knowledge, and the work experience they gain improves their labor market prospects and employment. Due to the labor shortage in the sector, we are taking the trainees into account for the long term. The trainees we employ gain work experience in modern conditions and learn professional skills with competent professional support.

By implementing the project, our company approached chassis repair in a new way through adaptive innovation, and developed a chassis repair service for faster, more accurate, high-strength chassis frame straightening with the help of efficient tools. Within the framework of the project, the following machines will be purchased for our new activity:

Repairing the chassis and superstructure of a truck using the Blackhawk HD KOREK towing system is an efficient and precisely developed service. With the 3-level towing frame, 2 robust towing towers, chains and clamps, we quickly and professionally repaired the deformities by lateral straightening. With the hydraulic jacks, we also performed the pulling and pressing of the body. The basis of driving safety is the vehicle's braking system, the professional, accurate and safe inspection of which is possible only with the premium quality SZTV TestLine brake dynamometer, which can withstand a load of 13 tons.
During the activity, in order to provide the complex service in-house, it became necessary to purchase a Sheet Metal Processing CNC Coordinate Table, which we used for processing metal sheets. We tested the cleaning of surfaces contaminated with mud and oil using the Wulkan 4×4 HP washing device operating with water and plastic granules. Using a combination of environmentally friendly and high-temperature water, we are looking for the most optimal ratio to get the cleanest result when cleaning the wheels effectively, quickly, water-savingly and in an environmentally friendly way.
By adapting high-level and efficient innovative technology to client needs, we have achieved more accurate and precise results in our automotive servicing activities. With the help of our existing, qualified team, our company was able to develop its new services by adapting technological innovation.
