The Mouvex Hydrive 2010 is a dual-circuit hydraulic system equipped with cooling driven by an independent hydraulic motor (no electronics) and requires only 10 liters of oil. Due to its low weight, it is ideal for powering the hydraulic systems of semi-trailers transporting fuel and liquid chemical products.
The system includes a high-performance Donaldson hydraulic oil filter, as well as a temperature gauge and a clogging indicator. Its stainless steel casing and fittings ensure long service life, while the compact design guarantees a low space requirement.

The two-circuit moving floor hydraulic system, assembled from products of quality manufacturers, offers long-term operational reliability, fast unloading, and low tare weight. The high-quality Padoan aluminum oil tank is equipped with a low air-vent and oil filter , which prevents impacts and damage to the semi-trailer.
Oil tanks mounted on the frame sides are available in capacities and sizes of 150, 170, and 200 liters . For fast unloading, we use Hydrocar’s largest capacity pumps on the market: 125-liter gear pumps or 108-liter axial piston pumps. The galvanized rotary joint hose bundle ensures a permanent tractor-trailer connection; the hoses do not kink, wear out, and remain durable over the long term. The custom design, high-quality consumables (galvanized fasteners, protective plastic spiral hose covers), and specially formulated high-viscosity hydraulic oil (HV-32) all contribute to long-term operational reliability and premium-quality construction.
